Sara — Like Kris Kristofferson

What a laugh!

I met Sara during the Portrait Project, where I'd set up a table and invited passersby to sit for a quick interview and a portrait (done later in the studio). She introduced herself as Sara Sarakanti, with her first name repeated at the beginning of her last, like Kris Kristofferson.

Then she threw back her head and laughed, with one of those laughs that's truly wild and uninhibited. One of the reasons, I like working with video for portraits, is you can capture those moments, and put them on paper. It's Sara, as Sara Sara as she can be.
